Hi, I’m Sheryl Gadre. I bring with me 19 years of experience in the corporate world, with the last 12 years dedicated to behavior and capability training. I’m deeply passionate about equipping the next generation with truth and practical tools to help them make wise, informed choices. That passion has led me to co-host the Soar Girls podcast, where I’ve had the opportunity to interview incredible women on topics like addiction, marriage, starting a business, and identity.

I’ve also hosted several events with Freedom Hangout, focusing on the issue of pornography addiction among teens and women — something I believe is important to talk about with honesty and hope. My work with Soar Girls has extended to writing short books and blog posts on relevant topics such as sexting, fear, addiction, and discovering true identity.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying a good cup of tea, uplifting music, encouraging books, and big hearty meals with my family.
